Two Approaches to Church Growth
Scripture reveals two legitimate approaches to church growth. One is outside-in, which focuses on designing ministry primarily to reach the lost and bring them into a spiritual ecosystem. The other is inside-out, which focuses on radically reshaping the spiritual formation of the people already in the church so they become mature, compelling witnesses in the world.
The Incubator focuses on the inside-out approach.
This experience is designed to help pastors build churches that prioritize depth, formation, and discipleship without losing momentum, mission, or growth. It is for leaders who believe the church grows best when transformed believers take responsibility for evangelism beyond the building.
The Third-Way Church
Throughout the day, Dr. Dharius Daniels will train pastors and ministers in what it means to build a Third-Way Church; one that refuses false choices between evangelism and formation, spirituality and strategy, shepherding and leadership.
